From the moment you come crying into this world, you begin to perform your duty. You assume your role in the plan of God and in the ordination of God. You begin the journey of life. Whatever your background and whatever the journey ahead of you, none can escape the orchestration and arrangement that Heaven has in store, and none are in control of their destiny, for only He who rules over all things is capable of such work. Since the day man came into existence, God has been steady in His work, managing this universe and directing the change and movement of all things. Like all things, man quietly and unknowingly receives the nourishment of the sweetness and rain and dew from God. Like all things, man unknowingly lives under the orchestration of God’s hand. The heart and spirit of man are held in the hand of God, and all the life of man is beheld in the eyes of God. Regardless of whether or not you believe this, any and all things, living or dead, will shift, change, renew, and disappear according to God’s thoughts. This is how God rules over all things.

It was only after Jesus was nailed to the cross and departed that Peter started to go his own course, started to walk the path that he should; he began to be equipped only after he saw his own inadequacies and shortcomings. He saw that he had too little love and his will to suffer was inadequate, that he didn’t have any insight, and that his reason was lacking. He saw that there were many things in him that were not in line with Jesus’ will, and that there were many things that were rebellious and resistant and many that were mixed with human will.

You are now on the last leg of the path, and this is a critical portion of it. Perhaps you have endured quite a bit of suffering, done a lot of work, traveled many roads, and listened to many sermons, and it has not been easy to make it to now. If you cannot bear the suffering that is in front of you and if you continue on as you did in the past, then you cannot be perfected. This isn’t to scare you—this is a fact. After Peter underwent quite a bit of God’s work, he gained some insight and a lot of discernment. He also understood quite a bit of the principle of service, and later on he was able to be fully devoted to what Jesus entrusted him with.The great refinement that he received was mostly because in the things that he did, he felt that he owed God too much and he would never be able to make it up to Him, and he recognized that mankind is very corrupt, so he had a guilty conscience. Jesus had said many things to him and at the time he had just a little bit of understanding. Sometimes he still developed resistance and rebelliousness. After Jesus was nailed to the cross, he finally had a bit of an awakening and he felt terribly culpable. In the end it reached a point where he was upset when he had an idea that wasn’t right. He knew his own state very well, and he also knew well the Lord’s holiness. As a result, a heart of love for the Lord grew in him even more, and he focused on his own life more. Because of this he suffered great hardships, and although at times it was as if he had a serious illness and even seemed to be on death’s door, after being refined this way many times, he had more understanding of himself, and only this way had he developed genuine love for the Lord. It could be said that his entire life was spent in refinement, and even more, was spent in chastisement. His experience was different from any other person’s, and his love surpassed that of anyone who has not been perfected. The reason he was selected as a model is that he experienced the most agony in his lifetime and his experiences were the most successful. If you really are able to walk the last leg of the path just like Peter, then there is not a single creature that can take away your blessings.

The almighty true God, the King on the throne, rules over the entire universe entire universe, facing all nations and all peoples. God's glory shines throughout the world. Across the ends of the universe, all that is alive should see, lakes, rivers, seas, earth, mountains, all living things are revealed in the light of the true God's presence, revived again, awakened from dreams, sprouting from the soil! All places over the world, all things on earth, never stop their praise to God, never stop their praise to God. With the coming of spring, the warm and pleasant breeze carries a steady spring rain. Streams rippling and babbling, like all people, happy and sorrow, shed their tears, tears of self-reproach. Rivers, lakes, the ocean waves, and billows all sing, extolling the true God's holy name, His holy name! O! The sound of their praise, so clear is the sound of praise! Things corrupted by Satan in the past, corrupted things in the past, they will all be renewed, they will all be renewed, will be renewed and will be changed, will enter a brand new state …

III 

This is the holy trumpet, holy trumpet has sounded! Listen attentively: How sweet the sound is! Utterance from the throne! Declaring to all nations and all peoples. The time has come. It's the end of the last days. Management plan of God has come to its end. God's kingdom has appeared publicly on earth. Nations of the world have turned into kingdom of God. Nations of the world have turned into kingdom of God. God's seven trumpets sound forth from the throne. What amazing and wonderful things will take place! God is watching His people with joy; they can tell His voice. From every country and every place, God's people come together. O! People can't stop praising and leaping, with true God on lips. Testifying the true God, testifying to the world, their voices thunderous, as the sound of many waters. Peoples will swarm into kingdom of God, kingdom of God, kingdom of God.

Human Rights Lawyer Carlos Iglesias: Repatriating Chinese Christians Is Putting Their Lives at Stake

       Since the Chinese Communist Party came into power, it has been oppressing religious beliefs and frantically arresting and persecuting Christians. In recent years, some Chinese Christians have been forced to flee overseas because of their faith. However, their asylum applications are denied in Western countries, especially some in Europe, as the authorities of these countries do not acknowledge the fact that these Christians have been subjected to persecution, and they are in danger of being deported back to China. Carlos Iglesias, a senior Spanish human rights lawyer, comments on the egregious human rights situation in China, as well as its status quo of religious persecution. Regarding the exiled Chinese Christians being denied political asylum, Mr. Iglesias appeals to the authorities of Western countries to act with caution, saying "when they grant or deny this asylum, what is at stake is that person's life."

       In spite of the fact that freedom of religion is a universal value, there are people in some countries and regions who not only lack this freedom and right, but even continue to suffer from persecution as well as unjust prosecution or imprisonment. February 15, 2018, a seminar with the theme of “Religious Liberty as a Global Problem” was convened at the University Club of the University of Southern California. The purpose of this event was to further mutual understanding between different religious groups and jointly promote freedom of religion. In attendance were well-known religion experts, religious studies professors, as well as delegates of various religious groups from countries such as the USA, Italy, France, and Mexico, totaling over 20 participants. Christians from The Church of Almighty God were also invited to participate.

 On February 17, 2018, Christians from The Church of Almighty God in Spain hosted an evening gathering in Madrid’s Fuenlabrada with the theme of “We gather together here.” The purpose of the event was for friends of different nationalities to gain a greater understanding of The Church of Almighty God and to promote friendship between these groups. Unlike the events held the previous two years, that evening over a dozen international friends were invited, including: Cynthia, a representative from the Todo Mejorar Foundation; Elahi, chairman of Valientes Banglas; Manuel, chairman of the European Citizens’ Anti-Corruption Association; Sagrario, manager of the San Lorenzo Center. It was a joyful gathering in celebration of the lunar new year.
