I was born in an ordinary family. My father was a soldier. Influenced and nurtured by my father from childhood, I thought in my heart that soldiers should take serving their country and obeying orders as their bounden mission and dedicate themselves selflessly to the Party and the people, and I aimed to become a soldier in the future and walk along my father’s path. However, things that happened later changed my viewpoint of pursuit and way of life little by little. In 1983, I heard Jesus’ gospel. Because of the special leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit, I, who had been poisoned by atheism and Red Education since childhood, was deeply moved by the Lord Jesus’ love. From then on, I stepped onto the way of believing in God. I began to attend church services, pray, and sing hymns to praise God. Such a life made me feel very secure and peaceful in my heart. But gradually I found that a problem always puzzled me and made me feel troubled and perplexed. That is, although I knew that the Lord Jesus taught people not to commit sins, I always involuntarily lived in a condition of “committing sins in the day and confessing them at night” and couldn’t hold on to the Lord’s teachings anyway. In order to solve this problem, I went to other house churches to have meetings, hoping to find a way out. But in the end, I was disappointed. In 1999, one of my relatives preached Almighty God’s end-time gospel to me, but as I was concentrating on making money at that time, I simply had no mind to follow God and pursue the truth. Not until one year later did I formally begin to attend meetings. Through constantly reading God’s word and having meetings and fellowshipping with the brothers and sisters, I understood many truths and knew God’s eager intention to save man, and felt that the responsibility and mission God gave to every one of us were great, so I joined in preaching the gospel actively. I was born in a poor peasant family. Because my family didn’t have power or influence, I was looked down upon and often bullied by others from my childhood. IX Questions and Answers About God’s Work of Judgment in the Last Days
Question 1: You say that God becomes flesh in the last days to do the work of judgment. Does this have basis in the Bible, or fulfill biblical prophecies? Without a biblical basis, we shouldn’t be so quick to believe it
Answer: Any major incidents of God’s work are prophesied in the Bible, and there are quite a few relating to the second coming of the Lord Jesus and God’s work of judgment. But we should understand that prophecies only tell people what will happen. They are reminders for people to be alert and to seek and investigate in the last days, so they won’t be abandoned or eliminated by God. That’s all the prophecies can do. The prophecies themselves can’t help us to know God’s work, nor understand the truth, or help people obey God, or increase people’s love for God. So, our best course is to directly investigate the words expressed by Almighty God and the work done by Him, from which we can be sure whether they are truly God’s voice and expression. That is the most important course of action. This is much more realistic and useful than searching for a basis in biblical prophecies. We all know that when the Lord Jesus came to do work, the disciples and believers who followed Him only recognized Him gradually, that the Lord was Christ, the Messiah prophesied through His work and words. The priests, scribes, and Pharisees who knew religious laws and studied the Bible knew that the Lord Jesus’ word is the truth and has authority and power. But because they hated the truth, they not only refused to follow the Lord Jesus, but also used the letters and regulations in the Bible to oppose and condemn the Lord Jesus, and finally nailed Him to the cross. This shows us the Bible can’t lead or guide us to accept the return of the Lord. For those who wait for the Lord’s return, the Bible only serves as corroboration. The clever virgin doesn’t welcome her groom using the Bible. When she hears her groom’s voice, she ascertains it is God’s voice and goes to meet her Lord. Those who rely on biblical prophecy rather than seeking God’s voice, and who reject and condemn Almighty God’s work in the last days—they are the most foolish virgins, those whom God will abandon and eliminate.
Let’s read a passage of Almighty God’s words, “Can you be such that you accept without question all the work of the Holy Spirit? If it is the work of the Holy Spirit, then it is the right ‘stream.’ You should accept it without the slightest misgivings, rather than picking and choosing what to accept. If you gain some knowledge from God and exercise some caution against Him, is this not an act truly uncalled for? What you ought to do is acceptance of, without the need for further substantiation from the Bible, any work so long as it is that of the Holy Spirit, for you believe in God to follow God, not to investigate Him. You should not search out further proof for Me to show that I am your God. Rather, you ought to discern whether I am of benefit to you; that is the key. Even if you have found out much irrefutable proof within the Bible, it cannot bring you fully before Me. To discern whether Almighty God is the returned Lord Jesus, we cannot rely solely on the evidence in the Bible. Most important is whether the words expressed by Almighty God are the truth, whether what Almighty God expresses is God’s disposition and what He has and is, whether Almighty God’s words are the truth, the way, and the life necessary to man, whether they relieve people’s confusion about belief in God, whether they save people from their corrupt satanic dispositions and satanic natures, and whether they can save people from Satan’s influence, allowing people to achieve purity and enter the kingdom of heaven. That’s the most important factor.

“As previously spoken of, judgment would begin with the house of God. This ‘judgment’ refers to the judgment God does today on those who come before His throne in the last days. …
… When it comes to the word ‘judgment,’ you will think of the words that Jehovah spoke to all the places and the words of rebuke that Jesus spoke to the Pharisees. Though these words are stern, they are not God’s judgment of man; these words are only those spoken by God within different environments, that is, different settings, and they are unlike the words spoken by Christ as He judges man in the last days. In the last days, Christ uses a variety of truths to teach man, reveal the essence of man, and dissect his words and deeds. These words are all focused on the essence of man and his corrupt disposition. Such manner of revelation, dealing, and pruning cannot be substituted with ordinary words but with the truth that man does not possess at all. Only such manner of work is deemed judgment; only through such judgment can man be persuaded, be thoroughly convinced into submission to God, and gain true knowledge of God. What the work of judgment brings about is man’s understanding of the true face of God and the truth about his rebelliousness. The work of judgment allows man to gain much understanding of the will of God, of the purpose of God’s work, and of the mysteries that could not be understood by man.
